·        We do not offer presale of items or give presale pricing in addition we do not offer presale prices over the phone.

·        We happily accept Cash and Credit Cards but we charge a 3% service fee for all Credit & Debt Cards.

·       We do not accept Checks.

·        Please bring help to carry & load large items purchased from our sales.

·        We are not responsible for accidents at our sale locations.

·        All Sales are Final and all items are Sold As Is.

·        Sale Hours:

Friday & Saturday 10am to 3pm. 

·       A single watch list can be used but must be maintained in person and not be attached to the sale property. If there are problems with the watch list numbers will be given out randomly.

·        Numbers are given out at 9am Friday & Saturday; you must be present to receive one.

·        Friday Full Price.

·        Saturday 30% Off Most Items till 12 noon.

                  50% Off Most Items 12 noon till closing.

·        This is a Private Sale and we do reserve the right to denying entry to the sale at our discretion.

·        Please pay attention to all posted parking regulations, please be respectful of the neighbors and please do not block any driveways or sidewalks.

·       Please do not park on the grass.

Directions for our estate sale in Deerfield this weekend:

From Waukegan Road and Deerfield Road in Deerfield IL.

Take Waukegan Road north to North Avenue.

Turn right (east) on North Avenue.

The house is on the north side of the street at 990.

We have permission from the Deerfield Police Dept to park on North Avenue for the sale hours.

Please pay attention to posted no parking signs.

Please also be respectful of the neighbors and do not block any driveways, sidewalks or park in front of the mail boxes.
