·        We do not offer presale of items or give presale pricing in addition we do not offer presale prices over the phone.

·        We happily accept Cash and Credit Cards but we charge a 3% service fee for all Credit & Debit Cards.

·       We do not accept Checks.

·        Please bring help to carry & load large items purchased from our sales.

·        We are not responsible for accidents at our sale locations.

·        All Sales are Final and all items are Sold As Is.

·        Sale Hours:

Friday 9am to 3pm

Saturday 10am to 3pm

·       A single watch list can be used but must be maintained in person and not be attached to the sale property. If there are problems with the watch list numbers will be given out randomly.

·        Numbers are given out at 8am Friday & 9am Saturday; you must be present to receive one.

·        Friday Full Price All Day.

·        Saturday 30% Off Most Items till 12 Noon.

               50% Off Most Items from 12 Noon till closing at 3pm.

·        This is a Private Sale and we do reserve the right to denying entry to the sale at our discretion.

Directions for our high end estate sale in

Highland Park this weekend:

From the intersection of US 41 and Park Avenue in Highland Park IL.

Take Park Avenue west to Cloverdale Avenue.

Turn left (south) on Cloverdale Avenue to 1810.

The house is on the west side of the street.

Please only parking on the west side of the street to allow access for other vehicles to drive through the neighborhood.

Please also be respectful of the neighbors and do not block any driveways, sidewalks or park in front of the mail boxes or fire hydrants.
