We always open early if we can… and historically we let folks shop the garage area before that. This sale we will be opening the carport up to everyone at the same time as the house. We know a lot of you look forward to shopping outside extra early, but we just can’t do it this week. Thanks so much for understanding.

This house is PACKED!! This is sale 1 of 2 in this wonderful home of a former physician and his family. There are vintage and retro items everywhere. Lots of items are high-end, name brand furnishings and personal items. There are antique items sprinkled in as well. Our clients were University of Arkansas and Pulaski Academy students, so there are Razorback and Bruin items mixed in here and there. Parking:

The circular drive will be a great way to drop off shoppers and pick up items you have purchased. Please do not leave your car unattended in the driveway. We are a few houses away from Hidden Valley Dr on one side and Shenandoah Valley Dr on the other and the sidewalks make it an easy way to walk from there, if you’d like.
