Some simple points about Ampersand Estate Sales:

·        We do not offer presale of items or give presale pricing in addition we do not offer presale prices over the phone.

·        We happily accept Cash and Credit Cards but we charge a 3% service fee for all Credit & Debit Cards.

·       We do not accept Checks.

·        Please bring help to carry & load large items purchased from our sales. Ampersand does not provide moving help.

·        We are not responsible for accidents at our sale locations.

·        All Sales are Final and all items are Sold As Is.

·        Sale Hours:

Friday 9am to 3pm

Saturday 10am to 3pm

·       A single watch list can be used but must be maintained in person and not be attached to the sale property. If there are problems with the watch list numbers will be given out randomly.

·        Numbers are given out at 8am Friday & 9am Saturday; you must be present to receive one.

·        Friday Full Price All Day.

·        Saturday 30% Off Most Items till 12 Noon.

               50% Off Most Items from 12 Noon till closing at 3pm.

·        This is a Private Sale and we do reserve the right to denying entry to the sale at our discretion.

·        Please pay attention to all posted parking regulations, please be respectful of the neighbors and please do not block any driveways or sidewalks.

·       Please do not park on the grass.

From Saunders Road and Deerfield Road in Riverwoods IL.

Taken Saunders Road south to Thorngate Lane.

Turn right (west) on Thorngate Lane.

Follow Thorngate Lane till it turns north.

The house is 556 Thorngate Lane and is on the west side of the street.

Please pay attention to posted no parking signs.

Do not park in or block driveways or fire hydrants.

Where the house is located you can only park on the west side of the road.

Please also be respectful of the neighbors and do not block any driveways, sidewalks or park in front of the mail boxes or fire hydrants.
