·        We do not offer presale of items or give presale pricing in addition we do not offer presale prices over the phone.

·        We happily accept Cash and Credit Cards but we charge a 3% service fee for all Credit & Debit Cards.

·       We do not accept Checks.

·        Please bring help to carry & load large items purchased from our sales.

·        We are not responsible for accidents at our sale locations.

·        All Sales are Final and all items are Sold As Is.

·        Sale Hours:

Friday 9am to 3pm

Saturday 10am to 3pm

·       A single watch list can be used but must be maintained in person and not be attached to the sale property. If there are problems with the watch list numbers will be given out randomly.

·        Numbers are given out at 8am Friday & 9am Saturday; you must be present to receive one.

·        Friday Full Price All Day.

·        Saturday 30% Off Most Items till 12 Noon.

               50% Off Most Items from 12 Noon till closing at 3pm.

·        This is a Private Sale and we do reserve the right to denying entry to the sale at our discretion.

·        Please pay attention to all posted parking regulations, please be respectful of the neighbors and please do not block any driveways or sidewalks.

From the intersection of Sheridan Road and Westleigh Road in Lake Forest IL.

Turn right (east) to stay on Sheridan Road to Westleigh Road.

Bank/turn right (east) on to Westleigh Road.

The house is 900 E Westleigh Road and is on the north side of the street.

Parking is only allowed for the sale on the north side of the street.
