Everyone must social distance in the unit and

outside - 6' a part.

We will have 10 customers/people in the unit

at a time!

Come join us this weekend at our Ampersand Estate Sale in a very full Glenview ranch home. This sale is filled to the brim with vintage Hi-Fi stereo equipment: receivers, speakers, cd players and boom boxes, small collection of record albums, vintage and contemporary men’s clothing, contemporary women’s clothing & shoes, vintage and contemporary wrist watches, costume jewelry, liquor collectibles: neon signs, mirrors, light up signs, tin & plastic signs, barware/glasses, clothing and so much more, kitchen items, small kitchen appliances, camping equipment, vintage dolls, vintage Barbies, vintage board games, vintage science sets & microscope, scale model cars, 2 vintage car model kits unbuilt, large collection of Beanie Babies, puzzles, vintage calculators 1993 Mercedes Benz 300e (needs lots of work sold as is) a vintage Volkswagen Beetle (this car is in parts and boy do we have a lot of assorted parts), a Corvette engine and 6 speed transmission, Mercedes Benz parts: multiple sets of rims & exhaust pipes, huge collection of vintage magazines, automobile, hotrod, VW, Corvette, sailing, wooden boat, assorted CD’s & DVD’s, vintage computer programs and some vintage hardware, a Thompson Sea Lancer motor boat with a Mercury out board motor (the cabin of this boat needs to be put back together, tools: automotive, house hold, power tools, drill presses, sanders, table saw, air compressor system with assorted tools, machinist tools, a 1990’s Yamaha Jet Ski, a small sail boat, a washer & dryer along with a refrigerator and so much more all these items are looking for new homes!

 Some simple points about Ampersand Estate Sales:

·        We do not offer presale of items or give presale pricing in addition we do not offer presale prices over the phone.

·        We happily accept Cash and Credit Cards for sales over $10.00 but we charge a 3% service fee for all Credit & Debit Card transactions.

·       We do not accept Checks.

·        Please bring help to carry & load large items purchased from our sales. Ampersand does not provide moving help.

·        We are not responsible for accidents at our sale locations.

·        All Sales are Final and all items are Sold As Is.

So in the interest of the health and safety of our valued customers and our staff and as a result of our government’s request for all of us to work together to reduce the size of gatherings we will be limiting the sale to 10 customers in the condo at a time.

·        Numbers are given out at 8am Friday & 9am Saturday; you must be present to receive one.

·        NEW Changes in our Pricing as of March 2020.

·        We believe we have priced fairly for most items to sell the first day.

·        On Friday’s we will be full price but we are willing to entertain offers.

·        On Saturday’s we will be 50% off most items that cost more than $1.00 & we will be willing to entertain all other offers.  We will be accepting more aggressive offers towards the end of the day on Saturday.

·        This is a Private Sale and we do reserve the right to denying entry to the sale at our discretion.

·        Please pay attention to all posted parking regulations, please be respectful of the neighbors and please do not block any driveways or sidewalks.

·       Please do not park on the grass.

Please Bring Big Strong Help and Truck or Van to Load Large Items since Ampersand does not have additional staff to provide moving help. Large items can only be moved out on Friday or one day during the following week.

Items are sold AS IS, NO RETURNS OR REFUNDS, please check all items fully before you make your purchases at the estate sale.

Please be respectful and mindful of the Neighbors and abide by traffic & parking laws, Double Parking, Blocking Cars in or Blocking Driveways or Garages will possibly cause ticketing or towing of your vehicle.
