We will be following State of Illinois guide lines for Covid-19 and small businesses. 

You must provide and wear your own mask.

No mask means no entry. 

Upon entry you must either use the provided hand sanitizer or wear your own gloves.

Everyone must social distance in the home and

outside waiting in line - 6' a part.

We will have 40 customers/people in the sale

at a time!

Directions to our Ampersand High End Estate Sale in Deerfield this weekend:

From Deerfield Road and Ridge Road in Deerfield IL.

Take Deerfield Road west to Beverly Place.

Turn right (north) on Beverly Place to Manor Drive.

Turn right (east) on Margate Terrace/Manor Drive to Meadowbrook Lane.

Proceed to 1112 Meadowbrook Lane. The house is on the west side of the street.

Parking will only be on the east side of the street.

Please do not park in the sale driveway it will remain open for picking up of purchased items from the sale.

Please also be respectful of the neighbors and do not block any driveways, sidewalks or park in front of the mail boxes or fire hydrants.

There is overflow parking in the Parking Lot of Deer Spring Park - Deerfield Park District Swimming Pool. It is a short 4 block walk to the sale location. The address is 200 Deerfield Road, Deerfield, IL 60015.

Once you have parked in the parking lot proceed north on Lions Drive to Manor Drive/Margate Terrace.

Turn left (west) on Manor Drive to Meadowbrook Lane.

Turn right (north) on Meadowbrook Lane and it is 2 blocks to the house at 1112 Meadowbrook Lane.
