 Some simple points about Ampersand Estate Sales:

·        We do not offer presale of items or give presale pricing in addition we do not offer presale prices over the phone.

·        We happily accept Cash and Credit Cards for sales over $10.00 but we charge a 3% service fee for all Credit & Debit Card transactions.

·       We do not accept Checks.

·        Please bring help to carry & load large items purchased from our sales. Ampersand does not provide moving help.

·        We are not responsible for accidents at our sale locations.

·        All Sales are Final and all items are Sold As Is.

So in the interest of the health and safety of our valued customers and our staff and as a result of our government’s request for all of us to work together to reduce the size of gatherings we will be limiting the sale to 20 customers in the sale at a time.

·        This is a Private Sale and we do reserve the right to denying entry to the sale at our discretion.
