• We do not offer presale of items or give presale pricing in addition we do not offer presale prices over the phone.
• We happily accept Cash and Credit Cards but we charge a 3% service fee for all Credit & Debt Cards.
• We do not accept Checks.
• Please bring help to carry & load large items purchased from our sales.
• We are not responsible for accidents at our sale locations.
• All Sales are Final and all items are Sold As Is.

• Sale Hours:
Friday & Saturday 9am to 4pm.
• A single watch list can be used but must be maintained in person and not be attached to the sale property. If there are problems with the watch list numbers will be given out randomly.
• Numbers are given out at 8am Friday & Saturday; you must be present to receive one.
• Friday Full Price
• Saturday 30% Off Most Items till 12 noon. 50% Off Most Items till Closing.
• This is a Private Sale and we do reserve the right to denying entry to the sale at our discretion.

Directions for our estate sale in Highwood this weekend:
From Sheridan Road and 1st Avenue in Highwood, IL.
Take 1st Avenue east to Lyster Road.
Turn left (north) on Lyster Road to Carriage Lane.
Turn right (east) on Carriage Lane to Endicott Road.
Turn Right (south) on Endicott Road and look for parking.
The house is 763 and is on the east side of the street.

Please pay attention to posted no parking signs.
Parking is only allowed on the west side of the street.

Please also be respectful of the neighbors and do not block any driveways, sidewalks or park in front of the mail boxes.
