This weekend our sale is in the lovely town of Highland Village, just south of Denton. The home is multi-level so please watch your footing at all times. We have small orange cones placed on all “step downs”. You’ll love the variety of treasures in this home – Asian inspired bedroom set by Century, the “Furniture of Distinction”; beautiful ceramic and brass decorative pieces such as birds, elephants, and reindeer to name a few. There is a lovely light beige 83” leather sofa and 2 JC Penney’s Flexsteel sofas – one is a 3 cushion 83” sofa with a floral print and the other is a full sleeper sofa in a lovely stripe upholstered print; several side tables with glass tops and wicker underneath the glass; plus a very unique piece in the garage – a vintage 7’ tall Chest of Drawers with a “hidden” built in secretary. This piece needs TLC but when refinished will be a gorgeous and eye-catching piece for a living area or bedroom. In the kitchen is a Cochrane Oak dinette set from Watertown Table Slide Co – 48” round table with 2-10” leaves & 4 chairs. The dining room holds a matching Pecan Bassett 62” Rectangular dining room table with 2 arm chairs and 4 side chairs. One leaf is included measuring 18” wide. Also matching the table is a Bassett china hutch and a buffet. Need a recliner? We have 3 in varying shades of red!! The garage and outdoor patio are always popular and we have a lot of ceramic statues, an outdoor patio table and chairs, and a 2-burner Charbroil Grill. In the garage, a 26” Schwinn Mountain Bike, a Glazier Point Magna 12 speed 26” men’s bike, a 6’ wooden ladder and a 5’ aluminum ladder; a Craftsman work bench; an I Fit Freemotion Exercise Bike; small tools galore and planting pots and plants; Black & Decker Blower; 2 WorkForce saw horses and 2 Hoover vacuums – a SteamVac and a FloorMate. We have a full set of Lenox “Charleston” china – exquisite design! A Howard Miller wall clock with Westminster chimes adorn the wall and plenty of jewelry to adorn you!! Highlighting the wall décor are also several Windberg Prints and a Chinese painting on silk from the Indianapolis Museum of Art – “Tribute Horses” – Yuan Dynasty 1260-1368 – very unique!! To round out the summary, we have a Whirlpool Washer & Dryer Duet HT – both work beautifully! A GE Refrigerator is in the garage –ideal for that extra refrigerator!!
